How do you leave us a note?
- Have a favorite color? Character? Likes? Dislikes? Want us to tag you on TikTok? Let us know in the notes section in your cart before checkout. We will try our best to accommodate your request as long inventory allows. Requests are not guaranteed.
- Once you've added your items to your cart there should be a popup window that gives you the option to View Cart, Check out or Continue Shopping. Click on "View Cart" or you can click on the shopping bag icon at the top corner of your screen. There will be a lovely pink bubble titled " Order Special Instructions". Just in case you miss that section or don't see it, you can click on the "Contact Us" button and give us your order number, what you would like to see and we will do the very best we can. Items requested are not guaranteed.
How to apply a Discount Code:
- If you are doing Express Checkout with Shop, Paypal or GPay click the "Order Summery" if it isn't already showing. The box for the Discount Code should appear. Enter your code, click "Apply" then proceed to checkout.
- Same should apply if you are doing regular checkout. Just in case it doesn't work. After entering all of your shipping and payment information, at the bottom where it has your "Total" there should be a button that has a Price Tag icon and says "Add Discount". Click on it and Discount Code Box should appear.

- We are located in the great state of TEXAS, USA.
Do you Ship Internationally?
- Unfortunately, at this time we are only doing domestic shipping in the U.S. ONLY. We most definitely plan on branching out to our lovely followers across the world. We will keep you posted.

- $10 Flat Rate.
How long will shipping take?
- Processing time-3-7 Days
- * Processing may be extended due to holidays, high volume orders and restock.
- Shipping time- 3-7 business days. We are dedicated to getting your goodies to you ASAP.
- We will provide a tracking number once we have shipped it off. We will keep you notified every step of the way.

- Make sure everything is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to wrong addresses that were given.
- If your tracking info is marked "Delivered" but you haven't received. Please check with household members, neighbors and your local post office. We are unable to provide replacements or refunds once it is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Are the items authentic/ licensed?
- We carry a mix of licensed and unlicensed products as well as novelty items and trinkets. Licensed items are not guaranteed but it's a goal we are working towards.
Pet Friendly Home-
- We do have pets but they are not allowed near the shop and packing area. On occasion a hair or two may find it's way into a box. We apologize in advance for that.
